nickel Electroforming

Electroforming is a metal fabrication process used to create highly precise, detailed, and often delicate decals/nickel stickers and 3D parts through electrodeposition. It involves depositing a layer of nickel onto a conductive mold, known as a mandrel, by means of an electrolytic bath. Over time, the deposited metal layer becomes thick enough to be detached from the master, resulting in a metal object with intricate internal and external details mirroring the original pattern.
